Webcasting
Using webcasting, your event is live on the internet and is available to anyone who can not attend the event. Thus, remote attendees are watching your event in real time from their computer or their portable electronic device. They can still ask the speakers questions and thus take an active part in the debate.
One could say that webcasting works like a mini-TV channel that broadcasts the sound and the image of one or more of your event venues to the remote attendee. The image being watched by the remote viewer is an elegant synthesis of one or more cameras, the presentation of the speaker, in a background fully harmonized with the creative of your event.
There is even the ability to play ad spots, as in a TV show, both your sponsors and other businesses. In this way, you maximize the range of your event and your revenue as you increase the number of delegates while giving your sponsors the opportunity to get in touch with more participants from Greece and the whole world.
